DESCRIPTION 

Owned by the Paulson family for over 80 years, this site was home to a tree farm known in the community for its annual tradition of family Christmas trees.

With a community vacancy rate of only .3% and extremely short market times for sale, the team will develop infill housing to this site, minimizing impact to the neighborhood with similar density.  The multi-family housing component will include a mix of unit sizes, with some affordable housing.  the single family homes will include one and two-story homes with similar material use and facades of the surrounding neighborhood.  The project will work with the current site topography to maximize pedestrian and bike path use while also minimizing traffic to other streets.
