Rebound takes pride in finding value where others don't.  From the earliest days when our focus was on acquisition, we repositioned aging commercial properties to create value and positive cash flow.  As investment opportunities continued to diversify, so did our desire to expand the verticals of Rebound to provide meaningful management and development services which would strengthen each project and transform the communities we serve. 

Since then, the results of many income producing hotel investments have adapted our position towards developments within the hospitality market.  Producing positive income results with the effective management of Rebound Hospitality, these ventures have reinforced our desired to grow not only in new construction development, but also rehabilitation opportunities in this sector.  Recent projects have included both nationally branded hotels, as well as adaptive re-use of urban historic properties.
