DESCRIPTION

This mixed-used development is on prominent corner at the gateway to the historic downtown area of Northfield, MN.   The ground level consists of covered parking with retail/coffee/deli/bar and outdoor patio space fronting the Cannon River.  The second level consists of commercial office space with third and fourth floors consisting of 18-20 residential apartments.  The design is planned to incorporate a fourth floor community room overlooking the river.
